Fadi Amer is the founder and lead trial counsel at Law22, APC, where he focuses on immigration, personal injury, business law, family law, bankruptcy, and general business litigation. He has earned recognition as one of the nation’s top trial lawyers, with accolades such as The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40. He was also awarded the “Super Lawyer, Rising Star Award” for seven consecutive years (2013-2019). Before establishing Law22, APC, Fadi Amer served as an adjudications officer for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as a litigation associate at McDermott Will & Emery.
Mr. Amer earned his juris doctor from Harvard Law School, where he was involved with the Harvard International Law Journal and the International Law Society. He completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in political science. During his time at UCLA, he was a recipient of the Distinguished Bruin Award and the Itzhak Rabin Pursuer of Peace Award. He also co-founded a course on perspectives regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
In addition to his legal work, Fadi Amer is researching and writing about the relationship between the nation-state model and Muslim-majority countries, with a planned publication in 2026. He has spoken on business law and legal topics and received the USC Distinguished Speaker Award.
